Our German made ELGO dual axis controller provides users easy adjustment on cutting length and blade gaps. Users simply enter cutting length and material thickness leaves the necessary adjustments to our controller and begin cutting. It is a simply 123 process.

Features:
- Stucture of frame :
- It is welded with high-class steed plate under stress relief, durable, precise and not easy.
- Moveable platform :
- The platform is moveable and can be assembled freely according to the requirement for practical use.
- Ball table surface :
- The surface of working table is device with ball, so when it is operating, the material can be pushed easily to save the labor for rapid action.
- Reverse-type front gauging :
- In front of the working table, support lever is attached to let the work piece for cutting can be placed on it, and thus the operator can be easy for working. The front gauging is mounted on this support lever for multi-cutting and plate trimming. As it is device with reverse-type, the movement of the plate won’t be affected by this front gauging. Smooth for working.
- Knife gap adjusting device :
- The unit can adjust knife gaps according to plate thickness and materials for excellent cutting surfaces.
- Electricity activated adjustment is simple, precise, timesaving and convenient, prolonging knife life.
- Upper blade base lifting device :
- Adopts new-style of nitrogen lifting device. Inside of special cylinder, nitrogen will be filled up with high stability and good safety. While in the process of cutting, it becomes oxygen accumulator to absorb the vibration from the end cutting. This device will make cutting more quietly and smoothly for high efficiency.
- Shade line device :
- Adopts lighting shade line device to increase working efficiency and accuracy.
- Safe finger protective device :
- Adopts moveable finger protective support to ensure the safety of the operator. It can be turned upward when maintenance to keep easy, safe, and convenient.
- Hydraulic oil pressure system :
- Adopts layer-accumulated hydraulic oil pressure circuit for smooth operating and quiet running. The pressure for cutting can be adjustable to meet different cutting requirements for the max, working efficiency.
- NC computer back gauging :
- Adopts NC computer control imported from Germany. It is easy to operate, and is devices with digital display for clean size. The range of back gauging : 10.0-800.0(mm), its precision will reach 0.1(mm) for open-type.
- When the cutting length is bigger than 800.0(mm), the back gauging can be moved to the travel end. At this moment, the baffle is opened to let the workless access without limitation for easy cutting.
- Mechanism of pressure lever :
- Adopts collective circuit and individual oil pressure, so when the pressure lever on the iron plate is not even, the hydraulic cylinder can be expanded freely to press tightly on the iron plate to keep accurate precision. The pressure force can be adjustable according to different materials without damaging to the plate surface.
- Features of hydraulic cylinder :
- Adopts special precise parts imported from the overseas country. It has been treated with heat under hard chrome plating and then treated with nit riding finish to keep a quality cylinder.
